Summary:

The Gillespie Report is flawed by reliance on mathematical exactitude, rather than regarding the consideration of amenity as being people-based. Responses to the SPG of 2012/13 not considered.
Changes: i) Take consideration of the provisions of the SPG ii) separation distances in the Gillespie Report must be disregarded due to limitations of their research.
