Summary:

It should be noted that business owners that create employment and wealth in the area who require a home in one of these villages and have a plot that they should not be subjected to very stringent affordable sized dwellings since they may require additional facilities within their homes such as office space or areas where they could work from home.

To consider each planning application on merit rather than have a blanket policy on size of the dwelling that obviously can not meet all requirements.
