Ty Mawr Sewage Pumping Station (SPS) is located within the site and an assessment of the SPS will be required to establish whether all the flows from the proposed allocation can be accommodated or whether future improvements to the SPS will be required to allow all the proposed development to proceed. Under the Water Industry Act 1991 Dwr Cymru Welsh Water has rights to access its apparatus at all times. Protection measures in respect of these assets will be required either in the form of an easement width or a possible diversion of the asset.
