SUPPORT Dwr Cymru Welsh Water (Mr Dewi Griffiths )

Summary:

* The site is adjacent to a pumped rising main and Llangefni Main SPS. Off-site sewers would be required to connect to the nearest point of adequacy on the sewerage network. The provision of sewerage for the potential development site can be acquired through the sewer requisition provisions of the Water Industry Act 1991 (as amended). An assessment of the SPS may be required to establish whether the flows can be accommodated or whether improvements to the SPS' will be required to allow development to proceed. Under the Water Industry Act 1991 Dwr Cymru Welsh Water has rights to access its apparatus at all times. Protection measures in respect of these assets will be required either in the form of an easement width or a possible diversion of the asset.

OBJECT Llywodraeth Cymru (Mr Mark Newey)

Summary:

The potential loss of BMV land could result in the permanent loss of approximately 40 hectares. The majority of the land is included in allocations TRA1, C14 and C15 and the plan has limited evidence to demonstrate that paragraph 4.10 has been considered at all in allocating these sites for development.
